I am a trained licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience working with individuals, groups, and couples. I am a certified enneagram practitioner, author, and ordained minister in The United Methodist Church. I am passionate about guiding people, businesses, organizations, and churches to discover their greatest potential.

I have extensive experience in meditation, addiction recovery, and working with people wanting to make life change. Every aspect of my practice strives to create environments that “spark” transformation.  I do that through Counseling (psychotherapy) and Enneagram Coaching.
